Dr. Itzhaki cares deeply and is devoted to all his patients. My son wasn’t feeling well on Shavuot eve and Dr. Itzhaki had just flown abroad. Despite being on vacation, he sent prescriptions, explanations, and instructions through the app, and even made sure via email that we received and saw everything.
Dr. Itzhaki saved us from being hospitalized in the pediatric emergency room. He treated us at the clinic daily for an entire week, always welcoming us with a smile and warmth. His genuine care and attention made a huge difference, and he even called to check on us afterward. In all my years with Maccabi (almost 30), I have never met such a professional and kind doctor.

About Me
I aim to save every individual, and especially a concerned parent, time, unnecessary trips, and long waiting hours at various centers and the emergency room.
Managing logistics is no small task-packing a sick child, particularly in the winter months, while also taking care of back-office arrangements for other children and family matters.
Thanks to the experience and expertise I have gained both in my hands-on work and in digital healthcare management, which I led at Maccabi Health Services during and after the COVID period, I have been able to save people valuable time by providing full service through a simple phone call.
With the experience I gained in hospitals, and through personalized, attentive care, I can also help avoid unnecessary visits to emergency rooms and preventable hospitalizations.
My philosophy also embraces complementary medicine, of which I am a passionate supporter. Its strength lies in preventing many illnesses and, when they occur, in providing treatment and relief.
